Refund policy

At Lune, we are committed to delivering premium-quality loungewear and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be situations where a customer may wish to request an exchange or refund. This return and refund policy explains the conditions under which exchanges or refunds are applicable, how to raise a request, and how the process is handled.

Exchange:

We offer exchanges for eligible products. An exchange fee of ₹500 will be applicable, which includes pickup of the existing item and dispatch of the replacement item. If you have access to your own delivery or courier service, you may send the product back to us using your service for an exchange without additional charges from our side. All exchanges are subject to product availability and quality checks.

Refund eligibility:

We offer refunds only for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery, or if you receive an incorrect item. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear proof of the issue. A complete unboxing video is mandatory to verify the claim with our delivery partners.

We do not offer refunds for products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered in any manner. Refunds are also not applicable if the product is returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories, or if the request is raised after the 7-day window. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, loungewear products are strictly non-refundable once used.

How to request a refund:

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at contact@lune.com. Kindly mention your order number, describe the issue clearly, and attach all relevant photos or videos along with the unboxing video. Requests without sufficient proof may not be approved.

Processing a refund:

Once we receive your refund request, we will review the details provided and assess eligibility. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
